El Espacio was the first agency we met and I was blown away. El Espacio is a digital creative agency that focuses on brand building, advertising, and campaigning. Some of their clients are: Nespresso, Hotel.com, Expedia, Barcelona, Eurovision and more.
We were able to see a few of their digital campaigns. I thought it was cool that all the websites they produce for their clients are created from scratch by the web designers in their company. Since this company focuses mostly on the digital design they gave us useful tips that I think will benefit pr students and professionals.
1. Simplicity
When it comes to web design keep it simple and clean. If there are too many elements it will begin to look unorganized.
2. Consistency
Be consistent, not only with design elements on the website, but throughout all the platforms. You need to make sure that your brand is uniform through all social media, print, and digital design.
3. Attractiveness
It needs to be appealing to they eye to keep people on the site.
4. Conciseness
With websites you only have in 2-3 seconds to get your message across. If they scroll past it chances are they wont go back to read it.
